Shipping Policy
At j's Official Fits, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the US. For orders under $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be charged. We strive to process and ship your order within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from j's Official Fits. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@jsofficialfits.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
